  1. Sorry if this is an obvious question. If I open this in Word, is there a way that I can type over top of it? Or is my version of Word just too old? In both my version of Word and Open Office, it is a picture and I don't know how to make it so I can just have it as a background. Do you know what I mean?

    1. Hi Kimberly! Yes, I totally understand your question. It's always tricky with Word because formatting often needs tweaking for different computers! Thanks for asking, and I will post detailed instructions for this issue (Windows & MAC versions of Word) within this post very soon in case others have the same issue. One option is this: Click on the image, then click the Format tab, then in the Arrange group, click the down-arrow next to the Send to Back tool. Word displays a series of options. Choose Send Behind Text from the submenu. Then you should be able to start typing over the image. Hope that helps...let me know! :)Jamie

    2. Yes! That worked! I have and use the same type of command in my AutoCAD stuff at work. I love all the stuff you provide. I am going from being a co-leader last year to a leader this year for my Daisy troop.

I don't live all that far from you either. I live up in Erie, PA and grew up in Parkersburg, WV.

      Thanks Again!
