Once again, I've been a little tad bit of a slacker lately with my workout...then I noticed I put on a few pounds too. So back to tracking.....this is always a huge success for me. I've created a new tracker sheet that includes, food tracking, fitness tracking, and ME tracking. The ME section is to make sure that I'm taking a little time for myself each day. This could be 20 minutes of browsing Pinterest, reading a magazine, relaxing on the patio, etc. It will force me to take that time for myself and help me recognize if I get a little too carried away with Me (you know, like if I spend 2 hours on Facebook or something!!!).
