Home Decor: Easy Spring Wreath

Hello everyone!!! I hope you all had a fabulous Easter!  We have returned from our Spring Break trip to Florida and are back to the normal routine around here!!  I'm in full Spring cleaning mode, so I spent much of the weekend cleaning out clothes and our disastrous basement!!  I've been listening to the audio book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up (AKA The KonMari method) in hopes of trying to get my home in order!  Has anyone tried this yet?  I've heard wonderful things about it, so I'll keep you posted!

And now for a little easy, inexpensive Spring craft project....

Flower Burlap Wreath:

Supplies Needed:
White Foam Wreath (I used 12" size)
Burlap Garland (I used 5" size)
Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
Artificial Flowers
Straight Pins (optional)
Ribbon

Step 1: Wrap the foam wreath with the burlap garland, securing the starting burlap with hot glue and overlapping a couple inches each time you wrap. Hot glue the ending burlap as well.

Step 2: Play around with the flowers before attaching them to see how they will look....OR do what I did and just start gluing them on with hot glue to one side of the wreath!!  You can't go wrong! Add some leaves too for additional volume and color.

I used straight pins to secure some of the flowers:

Step 3: Add a ribbon and display!!!

Have a great week!!!
