Free Printable: Brain Unload!

I'm guessing I'm not the only one whose brain is cluttered with to-dos, tasks, projects, cleaning, cooking....etc...etc.?!!!!!! Sometimes we need to just unload it all! It helps us to sleep better and worry less when we have everything on paper and not cluttering up our brains! I originally titled this printable "Brain Dump," but it sounded too ugly, so here is a Brain Unload document! (Now if only we could have a document to magically do these tasks for us;))

Reading Chart for Kids

My daughter's first grade teacher likes the students to track their daily reading on the front page of their weekly homework packet. There are stars across the page and they simply color in one star for each day where they read at least 5-10 minutes.
