Cut out the card on the light brown line:
Fold in half:
Cut out all the plaid rectangles:
Fold rectangles in half:
Cut into flags (do not cut the folded side):
I used about 6" of string for mine. You can make whatever size you want. With a glue stick, attach one end of the string to the girl in the corner:
Do the same to the other side of the string on the opposite side:
Arrange your flags on the string by folding them over and sliding them around. Start with your center flags. Open up the flag and glue inside it. Fold it over, securing it over the string:
Glue the back of the flag and stick it to the card:
Repeat for the other flags. Then spell out whatever words or numbers you want to make your mini banner!
