Hi friends!!!  I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas!!!

Christmas with my side of the family was at my sister's house this year and let me tell you...SHE WENT ALL OUT!!!  She chose the "Christmas Vacation" theme with everything from the moose mugs, squirrel in the tree, Aunt Bethany's jell-o, and even autographed DVDs signed by Beverly D'Angelo!!!  Here is just a sneak peek into the evening...

Free Printable: Bus Driver Christmas or Happy Holidays Card

At the end of the school year last year, I made our bus driver a card using this cute clipart from DigitalBakeShop and I personalized it with his bus number. He loved it!  The neighbors told me he was stopping and showing them, then he sent a sweet thank you card and said how much he liked it! His bus number changed this year, and Mya said he changed the 7 to a 2 so he could keep it displayed in the bus! (I made him a new one that Mya gave him this morning...he was thrilled!)

So here is a simple bus driver Christmas or Holiday card for you to print and give to those special drivers who take such good care of our kiddos each day;) I have created it in a foldable format (in case you want to stick in a gift card or personalized message), or just print and cut around the design portion.

Also, check out this customizable bus driver card available in my shop!

Free Printable Santa Gift Tags

My 7 year-old daughter has been questioning me a lot about Santa.  Apparently some kids at school have been talking.  She shared with me her doubts, to which I tried just asking her questions like, "Do you believe", "Do you want him to be real?"...then she looked me square in the eye and said, "Just tell me the truth, Mom, is there a real Santa?"  She just wanted the truth, so I gave her the truth.  Daddy and Mommy are Santa.  She was sad for a little while.  I told her it doesn't change anything with her gifts, and as she knows, Christmas is about the birth of Jesus in our house.  After about 20 minutes, she was fine with it. Whew!

......But I emphasized this: DO NOT TELL YOUR BROTHER AND DO NOT TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!!  The last thing I need are a bunch of moms flooding my Facebook messenger with comments about how I ruined Christmas for their child because Mya told them it's not Santa who delivers their presents!!!!

Anyway....here are some free printable gift tags with "From: Santa" already filled in. You can print, cut, and attach to your gifts!

Free Printable: Brownies Thank You Certificate

We love all those guests that come to our troop meetings to speak, the churches and schools that let us hold our meetings in their buildings, the parent volunteers, etc.!!! So here is a special Thank You certificate for those special people.  The girls can sign their names in the white space. The Daisies version is HERE.

Click on the image above.  You will be directed to Google Drive.  Hover over the arrow icon at the top and click it to download the file. The "fill-in" feature of this PDF file will not work from the "view" mode, but should work once downloaded.

(NOTE: This is a fillable PDF...I'm not sure if it will work exactly as it should for everyone, so worst case, you will just have to print it and write in the troop number, leaders, and date.)

The Not-So-Fashionable Mom

Hi there, my friends!!!  Well, the craziness is in full swing around here!!!!  What have I been up to the past couple of weeks???

We celebrated my 37th birthday!!!  Mason was sick that morning and much of the day, so we decided to just get Chinese takeout and have some chocolate cake at home!

Trick candle;)

Our Elf Christopher is back!!!!! (oh crap, did I move it yet today??)

Mason's preschool class took a field trip to a special event that is put on by the local senior center.  They got to build a toy with an Elf! Of course Mason chose to make a train!!!

Me and my Mister;)

Yes, this is me in my high school cheerleading sweater!!!! Find out why below...

My high school (Athens High School) was in the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP game for the first time ever!!!  Oh my gosh, it was so exciting, and the game came down to the wire.  Sadly, we lost 56-52 when the other team scored a TD to go ahead with 20 seconds to go:( Very heartbreaking, but I'm so proud of these boys!!!! YAY BULLDOGS!!!

And here's a pic from Thanksgiving weekend when we took a trip to Athens to go to an Ohio U basketball game:

Have a great week, my friends!

Free Printable: Washi Planner Pages

Happy December, my friends!

I love washi tape!  And I love all the great ideas that I keep seeing on Instagram and Pinterest for using washi tape to decorate planners.  So I created these blank weekly planner pages where you can add you own washi tape and stickers to decorate however you want!!! They are 8.5x11" and would fit nicely into a 3-ring binder.  Download HERE or by clicking on the image below.

Step 1: Pick your washi
(My Christmas washi is from Dollar Tree)

Step 2: Download and print the planner pages from here.
Step 3: Start at one end and press the tape down.  You can wrap it behind the paper, so no need to worry about it being a straight cut.

Step 4: Use an old gift card or credit card to cut when you get to the end. Press the card down and pull up on the tape.

Voila! A perfect cut!
